Introducing SwingSync Treks
Hot damn we're excited to launch this thing!

Simulator practice can get a bit same same.
Hit 40 balls, look at a dispersion chart, check a few numbers, and then the session is over.
Treks gives these shots somewhere (literally) to live.
Every shot you confirm in SwingSync is laid onto
a famous route. Your practice sessions become part of a longer journey. Hit a drive, move up the route. Spray one right, see it on
the map. Keep going until you finish.
How Treks work
For each Trek, we have (virtually) laid a fairway along the full length of the route. Your shots are overlaid one after another, using the flight numbers from your sim data.
You can track how you are going against par (the first trek is par 300, and they only get longer from there!), how far you are drifting from the line on average, and what percentage of shots are finding the fairway.
Par 3 Pilgrimage launches first
We've got three treks ready to go. The first to go live is Par 3 Pilgrimage. Two more will be released shortly after.
You do not need to change how you practise. Start a Trek, confirm your shots as usual and SwingSync handles the rest. Some people will try to beat par. Some will care more about fairway percentage. Some will just want to chip away at the route over a few weeks.
Never Trek Alone
As you move along a Trek, you will also be able to see other trekkers on the route. That makes the whole thing feel a bit more alive. You can see who is ahead, who is nearby, and who has been quietly grinding through the same stretch.
Leaderboards are coming soon as well, across a range of categories for each route. Total shots, fairway percentage, average deviation from the line, tackle each trek at your own pace.
Why we built it
We built Treks because practice is better when there is something to work towards. Stats matter, but practice is easier to stick to when they are attached to a goal that is a bit more tangible than another table of numbers.
Further, we want a fun way to measure improvement over time. A round of golf has a huge number of variables and 70-100 shots isn't all that statistically significant. SwingSync Treks gives you a longer term view of your swing progression. Improving your last trek by 40 strokes is measurable and meaningful improvement.
SwingSync Treks is completely free and we can't wait to see you on the trail!
